At The Beauty Icon Med Spa, we understand that receiving regular holistic care is an investment and offer memberships for those who are committed to regular treatments. Members will receive a discount on all aesthetic treatments offered by the spa. Members will also receive a complimentary consultation with a professional to determine the best course of treatment for their individual needs.

Our flexible plans begin with a six-month term and can be auto billed monthly or paid in full for even greater savings. All members will have the ability to have their unused monthly plan amount roll-over until the following month, as long as it’s within the six-month term.

If members need to freeze their account, a written notice shall be provided and accepted, until ready to continue membership. Memberships in this case are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

If a member fails to pay the agreed monthly membership fee, the spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership. The spa will provide written notice to the member of the outstanding balance and the date by which payment must be made. If payment is not received by the specified date, membership will be suspended or terminated.

The spa reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for any reason. In the event of a termination, the spa will refund the prorated amount of the membership fee for the remaining months of the membership period.

Member is liable for all fees associated with the full term of this agreement. After the initial membership term has expired, all monthly payment membership plans shall automatically renew on a monthly basis at the prevailing monthly rate (subject to change) until 30 days written notice of cancellation is provided to The Beauty Icon Med Spa. Member will receive a notice prior to renewal via email or phone call.

By signing up for a membership, members agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
