Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment: a. Prices for services are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice. b. Service payment is due at the time of booking or after the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:

     At The Beauty Icon Med Spa, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment past the 24-hour notice period, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.

    We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of your membership.
